Yeah, I'm sorry, but it seems to be working for me with WP 2.7. I'm not sure if it could be related to your caching plugin, but try disabling that?

Yeah, that's what I thought at first but I've double checked that and the setting is correct.

Hmm... make sure you've set HTTPS in your options page. You need to have that in 2 fields (blog home and WP home). If that doesn't work, then I'm not really sure.

Thanks Trevor. We've decided to save the hassle and just go with https for the whole site.

I've installed Force SSL on our website and while it generally redirects to https, say when you first load a page. If you then remove the s from https and load the page again it won't redirect to https.

Have you come across this before? Could it maybe be related to WP Super Cache?

I'm using WP 2.7

No, you probably have an earlier rails version going. I'd suggest upgrading to 2.2, but if you can't do that, just manually define the t helper yourself to call ActiveSupport.translate or whatever that method is called.

Hi,

I tried out the stuff at :
http://almosteffortless.com/2008/07/21/simple-l...

but for some reason the stuff didn't work out :
I get a :
undefined method `t'
when I tried to call it in the view.

one point: i am not in freeze:edge (chief dev. said don't do that or I kill u)

Is is an edge only functionnality ?
Did I screw up somewhere else ?

any help welcome

Subscriptions finally got some attention, and are somewhat completed. Testing, feedback, and/or contributions are most welcome. Thanks!
